TENANCY DOCUMENTION
If successful, we will liaise with you about the tenancy documentation. This includes a tenancy agreement, bond lodgement form, and perhaps a pet agreement.
We can refer you to Moving Hub to assist with utility connection options.

FINANCIAL
We collect some rent and bond funds from you prior to tenancy starting. The bond is lodged with Tenancy Services.
We manage rent arrears throughout the tenancy (if applicable).
We conduct annual rent reviews to ensure the property is aligned with current market rent.

INSPECTIONS
An initial inspection captures the current condition of the property. A report is shared with all parties and used to compare with future inspections.
A routine inspection is regularly conducted to check the property is being looked after and identify any maintenance issues to be addressed.
A final inspection occurs at the end of the tenancy to confirm the property is in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.

MAINTENANCE
We work alongside a team of licensed tradespeople to provide repairs and maintenance.
These are done in a timely and cost-effective manner.

COMPLIANCE
We ensure the property meets the legislative and compliance requirements.
